Dietary Preferences

Fresh and Easy allows you to choose low-calorie or low-carb options if you would like. You can also select a range of ingredients you would like to avoid, including pork, soy, milk, wheat, nuts, and shellfish, among others. You can change your dietary preferences at any time.

Simple and Straight-Forward

The most significant selling point for Fresh and Easy is that there is no meal prep involved. All you need to do is take the food out of the box, fridge or freezer and cook them, or if you’ve ordered salads, toss the ingredients together.

This skips the need for tutorials or tips videos and saves you a lot of time.

Meal Packaging

Your meals are delivered once weekly. In that box, you will find the portions and number of meals you have ordered for the week. Oven-ready meals are pre-portioned and come in an oven-safe tray, and grill-ready meals come ready to place in a grill-safe bag and cook over the grill. Entrée salad ingredients are pre-portioned and ready to toss together and serve.

Environmentally-Friendly Packaging

Many of the packaging materials can be recycled, are made from partially recycled carboard, or can be reused.

The registration process is very straight-forward. Once you get into the site, click on the “get started” button and you will be redirected to the sign-up form. You will answer a few questions about your meal delivery needs (portions and frequency) and optional dietary preferences, and once you put in your billing and shipping information, you will be redirected to the page where you select your meals.

You can change the details of your preferences at any time. Additionally, you can change servings, skip deliveries, and pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
